1. Introductory provisions
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of goods and services by company SELOS, s.r.o., Ludovita Starka 16A, Trencin, Slovakia, company registration nr. 36 340 464, registered in Register of Business Names of District Court in Trencin, section Sro, insertion 15198/R, VAT No.: SK2021909956 (Seller).
2. Subject of observation
Subject of observation in these general business conditions is realization of consignments of goods and services definitely ordered by buyer.
3. Order
Orders are accepted in written or electronic form (post, fax, e-mail, online order). Orders are executed continuously by sequence, regarding to the status of stock reserves. After processing of the order, buyer receives the Confirmation of the order.
4. Price
Quoted prices are nett and abide by the current price list. Price list is issued always in the beginning of the calendar year. We reserve the right of pricelist changes without warning.
5. Delivery date and delivery conditions
We do our best to process your orders immediately (or after covering of payment). In case of immediate sold out at latest in 8 weeks. Goods are considered as delivered by its collecting in our company by buyer or carrier. Our delivery condition is EXW (Ex Works - INCOTERMS 2000).
6. Payment conditions and delay penalties
Standard payment conditions are cash payment, payment in advance, or cash on delivery. Other forms of payment must be specified in contract of purchase. Penalty for buyer in case of delaying with maturity is 0,5% of amount per day of delaying.
7. Warranties, claims and indemnification
Seller warrants specific properties of the goods only by observing the terms of environment where the goods are placed. These terms are presented in this catalogue separately for every product, or in operating manual. Guarantee is assigned in written form - by proof of purchase. Warranted time begins on day of sale. If the goods show damages by delivery, buyer must inform the seller about all defaults at latest 5 days after delivery. In case of bulk claim buyer is obligated to apply the claim immediately, at latest 3 days after delivery. Claim must be applied in written form. Delayed claims will not be accepted. Accepting of claims, compensation and warranty time are managed by establishments of Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic.
